This was a live stream, mostly focusing on audio and video feedback as a mechanism of performance. The COVID-19 genome was decoded into 8 bit chunks (one base acid = 4 possible combinations = 2 bits of information each) used to seed parameters for multiple effects and envelope parameters over time. The stream and performance went well, but the web-based software platform they forced performers to use was abysmal and had many glitches to work around.
